We act as an intermediary between you and third-party travel providers. The actual travel services are provided by airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
6. Halal Certification Claims
We endeavor to provide accurate information about halal certifications and Muslim-friendly facilities. However, certifications are provided by third-party organizations and properties themselves. We recommend verifying halal status directly with providers, especially for those with strict dietary or religious requirements. HW Travel is not responsible for changes in certification status or discrepancies in halal claims made by providers.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated systems to access the Services without permission

- We are not liable for the quality of accommodations or services provided by third parties
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HW Travel, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
